Jazmin Crittenden, MA
Hello, I’m Jazmin Crittenden, a Mental Health practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Psychology and I am currently pursuing my post-master certification in Art Therapy at Adler Graduate School.
My spiritual identity aligns with both Christianity and Buddhism, and I wholeheartedly welcome all aspects of your spirituality into our sessions. I firmly believe that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to life’s challenges; instead, we each create our unique paths that resonate with our inner truths. Guided by this person-centered approach, I utilize art therapy as a means to ignite self-discovery and facilitate purposeful steps toward personal growth and transformation.
My experience encompasses working with children, adolescents, and young adults in diverse settings, including schools, specialized centers, and non-profit organizations. I’ve supported individuals dealing with a range of issues such as gender and sexuality, grief and loss, anxiety, cancer, end-of-life care, as well as physical and mental disabilities.
My sole objective is to empower you, enabling you to leave our journey feeling encouraged and ready to face the world. I’m here to lend a compassionate ear and provide guidance as you navigate your unique path. Together, we can share moments of laughter, tears, and personal growth.
