Hello! My name is Rebecca Urban, and I am an art therapist with experience working with elementary students and teens with Anxiety, Depression, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have extensive experience working in schools as well as years of working with individuals with developmental disabilities. I am excited to help clients incorporate their own faith into their therapy experience.
I care deeply about helping people learn to regulate and gain therapeutic tools that will help them throughout their life. I believe that art is an excellent tool in the healing process, and I love helping others utilize these healing benefits. Nothing brings me more joy than helping others gain a clearer understanding of who they are and seeing what exceptional worth they have.
I identify as a follower of Jesus, but I enjoy working with individuals from any faith backgrounds at any point in their own story. It is my goal to ensure that I never impose my own beliefs on my clients, but instead respect and honor each individual’s faith journey.
