Hello! I’m an art therapist and clinical mental health counseling intern at Creative Connections Counseling. I’m currently a graduate student at Adler Graduate School in their dual track program. That means I’m earning a degree in Art Therapy and working towards licensure as an LPCC (licensed professional clinical counselor).
Whether you’re looking for gentle support through a challenging time, healing from trauma, or personal growth, I’m passionate about providing encouraging, non-judgmental, and compassionate mental health care for my clients. My practice is informed by my Christian worldview, which emphasizes the dignity and value of every person.
My approach to therapy is rooted in emotional and mental regulation. When we have a more resilient and calm nervous system, our brain is able to think more clearly, build new pathways, and feel safe enough to learn and grow. My therapeutic modality is primarily Adlerian, which is strengths-based, encouraging, narrative-focused, non-comparative, and emphasizes movement towards social interest and community.
I look forward to working with clients of all ages and backgrounds and have a particular interest in supporting pre/post-partum mothers, those who have experienced spiritual/religious trauma, health issues, parents, clients with autism and ADHD, and those navigating life transitions.
