    My approach blends mind and body techniques to empower you to conquer anything that comes your way. Additionally, I’m trained in Brainspotting I & II for trauma and other life stressors, ensuring that I can provide specialized support tailored to your needs.

    A bit about me: I studied Special Education and Behavior Strategy at Minnesota State University-Mankato, focusing on helping Indigenous youth grow socially and emotionally. Later, I received my Master’s in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and have enjoyed mental health counseling ever since.
